If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hours before to avoid any fees. I understand life is unpredictable, but as I try my best to value your time and schedule, I request the same.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the service total. That charged fee will be used as a credit for your rescheduled appointment, as long as the rescheduled appointment is within a reasonable period.
If you are running late, please reach out to inform me. I can accommodate within a reasonable timeframe, but if you are going to be more than 15 minutes late I may require you to reschedule. That appointment change may incur a 50% charge to be used as a credit when you reschedule within a reasonable period.
Mother Nature can be unpredictable. If you cannot make it to your appointment, or do not feel safe traveling in uncertain weather, do not hesitate to reschedule. Rescheduling due to weather will not result in any fees.
If you do not reach out or show up to your scheduled appointment, there will be a non refundable charge of 50% of the scheduled appointment total.

My studio is located in My Salon Suites at 221 West Troy in Ferndale. My Salon Suites are close to the Troy and Allen intersection.

My studio is under The Dot parking garage, plus there is other metered street parking all around. There are kiosks to pay at in person, or there is the “ParkFerndale” app available to download.
